Ⅰ. Detailed Parts Description

Die-casting aluminum heat sink

Die-casting material thermal design heat sink, stable and high efficient heat dissipation

Honeycomb louver

Black anti-glare honeycomb, disperse the light into small honeycombs and recombine it to reduce the reflection of residual light, and use the light absorption of the dark surface to absorb excess stray light

Adjustable body ring

Aluminum adjustable body ring, connected with the heat sink, which has deeply improved the effect of anti-dazzle

Trimless mounting frame

Black or white color trimless frame, which can match with different colors of the ceilings. With unharmed to ceiling design mounting clips, friendly to installation and disassembly.

Secondary dark light reflector

Three colors optional dark light reflector: matt white, matt black or mirror silver. The reflector adopts electroplating process to ensure that it will not attract dusts to influence the lighting effect and can absorb excess stray light as well.

Glareless 45° cut-off angle design

The light output control of the lamp is greater than 30° cut-off angle, and the anti-glare effect can be achieved and can create a comfortable space ideal for high-end indoor space.

Ⅲ. Installation Instruction

1. Turn off the power as shown below.

2. Take apart the fixture into three parts. Reflector first then heat sink.

3. Open a hole on the ceiling by tools.

4. Adjust the trimless frame according to the thickness of the ceiling.

5/6. Put the trimless frame into the ceiling hole and hold the lamp by the lamp support plate behind the ceiling.

7. Fix the mounting frame with the ceiling by M4 self-tapping screw to make sure the lamp will not loose when installation.

8. Plaster the ceiling and cover the screwhead when trimless frame installation finished.

9/10. Connect the preformed wire with the lamp driver and pay attention to positive and negative poles.

11/12. Place the driver behind the ceiling first, then install the heat sink to the lamp fixture and last reflectors. Attention: Lamp Driver cannot be covered.

13. Turn ON the power, installation completed.
